I just want to update everyone so that you don’t think something happened to me. I was evicted on Thursday morning. But it isn’t so bad. As you all know I was EXTREMELY WORRIED about what would happen when I was forced out into an unprotected situation. From the beginning of the eviction on Thursday when the sheriff came to my home things seemed a WHOLE LOT better than they were about 3 weeks ago or so when the last guy that my captors sent came to my home about 3 times in the same day.

The sheriff was extremely nice and totally not intimidating in the least bit. Ray Ponce on the other hand was very hostile and seeming to want to blame me for his problems. I honestly did not believe that the judge would hear that my phone and internet communication was totally blocked and would disregard that I have been stripped of my civil rights, so I honestly did not believe that I was leaving my home so that my captors could come in and GUT THE PLACE.

I was very disturbed that RAY PONCE had the nerve to ask MY NEIGHBOR RICK to be a WITNESS on how the house was left. When Rick told me that he was trying to get away from Ray because he was trying to get him to be a witness regarding the house, I went over to Ray and gave him a little piece of my mind. For one, he seemed so excited about buying a house he never even looked inside when he came over 2 hours after the sale on March 24th. It is strange that now he for whatever reason is concerned about what he paid thousands of dollars for without even looking inside. He was mad and said he is losing money. Well my question is if he isn’t involved .. how would he even know he is losing money? He must be mad because I did try to look for the listening devices and my neighbor and I sawed a few straight square portions out of the ceiling and walls looking for them. But unless he spoke with my captors.. he wouldn’t have known if there was a 10 foot ditch in our living room or anything.. because he NEVER EVEN ASKED to see the inside PRIOR to purchasing it. I believe now that the truth is known publicly and he is not getting away with what he really bought the house for.. he is concerned about what he was spending his money on. Anyway, I told him to try staying alive for your kids for the past 6 months straight and see how much you get done. I said I don’t have every law enforcement agency in my back pocket like you guys do. You try dealing with that. He made a sarcastic comment about something like – he takes it the irrigation doesn’t work and things like that. My captors know when this all began we had lawn service every week. I believe it was all the way up to about the time they began trying to “whathaveyou” me again. I said I was fighting for my life for my kids while his friends were coming at me for almost 6 months straight, I couldn’t care less about what the lawn looks like because I love my kids and they are my first priority and I DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO MAKE SURE I AM STILL WITH THEM.. unlike yourself who someone else is obviously more important than that. I said you have no idea what we have been through NONE. I asked him WHY would you still proceed with kicking my kids and I out on the street when YOU KNEW THAT I KNEW why he bought the house? I said you had a chance , but by him proceeding proved to me that he is a willing accessory. He doesn’t have to keep going along and getting himself deeper and deeper. He didn’t say anything and then he just said he is through listening to me. I am a very understanding person and I would have believed that he was not cold and callous and maybe didn’t know what he was really getting involved in but just the way that he read my blog and was aware of everything we have been through and why we lost our home and didn’t care that he was putting me out into (what I believed) was going to be an ambush. He told Rick that I am trying to ruin his reputation. That is not so. I am fighting for my life for my kids and if I have to tell the events to hopefully get a resolution to this problem as well as make sure the information is out there in case anything happens to me then that is what I do. I told Rick when he told me what Ray said that it was Ray’s choice to continue to prove that he was an accessory by proceeding with the eviction and making me feel scared out of my mind of what might be waiting. He ruined his reputation. I also pointed out to Rick that if he really wasn’t involved and is not affiliated with either a Level 3 engineer, Jim Harris Jr. or his Dad, Leo Notenboom or one of their other helpers then why doesn’t he take me to court for SLANDER? He can’t because he KNOWS it can be proven that HE IS AFFILIATED and HE DID buy my home to “GUT THE WHOLE THING”. When I asked Rick that he just said.. you are right.. he didn’t mention anything about that at all. I told him he can’t because he knows it’s true and I don’t care about anyone’s reputation that thinks it is okay for someone to try to poison an 11 year old innocent boy.

So aside from the RAY interaction, much to my surprise things are so much better than what I thought it would be like. My captors are still all over my beeswax as far as my new METRO PCS phone and my computer as well as the tracking device on my van is still in place but hey .. I have felt NO HEAT at all as far as anyone trying to harm me right now. I want to thank whoever either is helping me or whoever called the dogs off, but mostly I want to thank God because I am telling you.. there were times that I didn’t see how I was ever going to get anywhere close to being out of such a web of a mess. I also really want to thank everyone for reading the blog because I know for a fact that if it wasn’t for that..no one would have called off anything.

I have been able to drive around by myself and pick up my kids from their dads and I can’t tell you how many times I choke up because I am so happy that it feels like I have made it through the worst and I am praying that this time there really will be a resolution to the problem. The first day I picked my kids up to take them to have a little fun they were ALL 3 just smiling ear to ear. They kept saying “Wow mom, you can drive”. I told them that they are leaving me alone for some reason and it feels so amazing. 6 months is a long long time to be in prison. I can get use to being free that is for sure. It was weird because there’s a new fire station I had never seen, the Adventureland everyone is always talking about and some other things. I am so grateful that no one seems to be trying anything at all right now. It has been a long a grueling 6 months of staying inside but without anyone’s help .. staying in lockdown was the only thing I could come up with in order to survive for my kids. I would do it all over again just to be with them in the end.

I am at Kinko’s because my captors won’t let me be on the internet.. look at me.. I am really living life on the edge huh?? It’s 11:30 pm and I am out by myself. So I better head back but I will write more tomorrow probably. My neighbor asked me to stay with them until I can find my own place for my kids and I. I will write about how for SURE 100% that DIRECTV must have really been the ones who caught on and so hopefully someone was able to contact them. I will also write about how Jim Harris Jr. had one of his SAC COUNTY WORKER connections race out to our neighborhood and “dogcatch” Jack within about 30 minutes or less after Jack got out from where I am staying. As well as the TOTAL neglect of my report to the SACRAMENTO FBI OFFICE.
